Thank you for your inquiry with the ACPA Job Bank. We are happy to post job opportunities for any full or part time personal assistant position(s) available.


What is the ACPA Job Bank?

The ACPA Job Bank is a job referral service which connects celebrity employers with experienced, professional personal assistants.   The ACPA Job Bank is not an employment agency and is available for members only.


What is the process?

Employers may submit a completed form below that is emailed to our Job Bank Director.  It is then forwarded to our membership.  Resumes and cover letters from interested members will be sent directly to the employer unless otherwise instructed.  If an employer would like to post an “open” job where members can share with colleagues outside the group please choose “NO” to the question “Post position to ACPA members ONLY?”

All job listings and information that is sent to us will be kept strictly confidential, with the exception of “open” job listing.

You will be contacted by our Job Bank Director once your listing has been posted.


Tips: To Get The Most From Your Job Listing.
  • Be detailed in your job description (i.e., employer/title, approx. hrs, duties, location.)
  • Remember to include email and/or fax number where resumes can be sent.
  • Include salary range.  (Note: Average salary for celebrity assistants $65k/year)
